Welcome to our travel blog!

Both of us have always been fascinated by the world around us. From a young age, we both would pore over maps and travel guides, dreaming of one day seeing all the amazing places on Earth. And now, that dream is coming true!

After months of planning, we're about to embark on an amazing journey around the world and we can't wait to share our experiences with you.

No single trip can include everywhere you would like to go, so part of the fun has been deciding on what to include and what to leave out. 

For both of us, it's been a combination of including those "once in a lifetime" destinations as well as visiting some favourite places we have been previously - and of course, it has allowed us to include visits to several friends around the world, who have been exceptionally generous with their offers of hospitality.

We would like to include you on our adventure and so, we intend to write this travel blog as a way of sharing our experiences with you.

Not only will there be regular blog posts detailing what we've been up to (including plenty of photos and videos!) we have pages that show our itinerary and a interactive map of the key stops on our way around this amazing planet.
